It's a good-value choice for travelers who want a kitchen, private lanai and ocean views rather than polished resort extras. Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the views, well-equipped accommodations and helpful staff. The oceanfront pool and barbecue area add appeal for families and longer stays.

The biggest catch is beach erosion: recent visitors report sandbags and little or no usable sand directly out front; OUTRIGGER points guests to public beach access nearby. Individually owned condos also mean furnishings and upkeep vary, so choose a specific unit with recent photos and reviews. Parking, cleaning and damage-protection charges deserve attention, and additional housekeeping costs extra.
