Recent Expedia guests often describe clean rooms and comfortable beds, although the overall picture is mixed rather than reliably polished.

The recurring drawback is condition: Tripadvisor and Expedia guests mention worn interiors and musty smells, alongside more positive cleanliness reports. This is a harbor-side setting, not the classic Maui swimming-beach experience. The hotel currently confirms its own pool is closed for improvements, with access offered at the neighboring Hampton.
