Su Casa is a small, apartment-style 3-star right on Venice’s boardwalk, and it’s a strong pick if beach access matters more than extensive hotel facilities. Kitchens or kitchenettes make longer stays practical, while selected rooms add ocean views. Tripadvisor and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff, and cleanliness feedback is mostly positive. Fig Tree downstairs is another useful draw for meals without going far.
