Hotels in LimassolA full-service 4-star beachfront hotel with city access
8.5/10
A strong beach-and-city choice, with standout staff but some dated rooms.
Crowne Plaza Limassol is a full-service 4-star beachfront hotel that makes a strong base for combining seaside downtime with city exploring. Recent Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, cleanliness and breakfast. Direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and complimentary sauna and steam-room access give it substance beyond the sea views. We'd favor a sea-facing room with a balcony; the Old Town and marina are a longer promenade walk rather than right outside.
The main compromise is room consistency: several recent guests describe tired decor, despite others finding their rooms comfortable and well maintained. The indoor spa can get crowded, particularly on winter weekends. Nearby construction noise was still reported in spring 2026, so confirm current work before booking. We'd skip it if you want uniformly fresh interiors or guaranteed daytime quiet.

Best for: couples combining beach time and city exploring; families wanting pools and beach access; business travelers who value leisure facilities
Watch out for: some rooms feel dated; busy indoor spa on winter weekends; confirm nearby construction status
Location: Direct beach and promenade access; Old Town and marina require a longer walk or short drive.
Rooms: Comfortable beds draw praise, but decor varies; sea-view balcony rooms are the stronger choice.
Cleanliness: Consistently strong feedback across recent Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Expedia reviews.
Service: Friendly, helpful staff are one of the most consistent strengths across review sites.
Amenities: Two pools, spa, 24-hour gym and waterfront dining; indoor wellness facilities can get crowded.
Fees and surprises: Parking is free but may be off-site; breakfast inclusion depends on your booking, and nearby works need checking.
