Axel's take: 7.8/10

A good family base for kitchen space, not walkable Strip sightseeing. A mid-range, condo-style timeshare resort south of the Strip, scored for what it is.

This mid-range, condo-style timeshare resort makes more sense for families than Strip-hopping couples. Spacious suites with full kitchens are the main draw, while pools and water slides give children something beyond casino sightseeing. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise cleanliness and helpful staff; Tripadvisor guests also describe comfortable, refreshed suites. We'd choose it for a self-catering stay with a car, rather than a classic Vegas hotel experience.

The trade-offs are distance and consistency: reaching the Strip means driving or rideshares, and Tripadvisor feedback varies on room condition and service. Expect a daily resort charge and possible timeshare invitations. Crucially, Expedia lists a swimming-pool closure from November 2, 2026, to March 1, 2027; confirm exactly which facilities remain available before booking. We'd skip it for winter swimming or nightlife on foot.

• Best for: Families wanting separate living space; Self-catering stays with a car; Travelers avoiding the Strip's bustle

• Watch out for: Driving or rideshares for Strip sightseeing; Listed swimming-pool closure November 2, 2026–March 1, 2027; Daily resort charge and timeshare invitations

• Location: South of the main Strip; better suited to drivers than pedestrian sightseeing.

• Rooms: Apartment-style suites with full kitchens; guests report refreshed rooms alongside some older accommodation.

• Cleanliness: Generally a strength: Expedia scores cleanliness 8.6/10, supported by recent positive reviews.

• Service: Recent Expedia guests praise helpful staff; Tripadvisor experiences are less consistent.

• Amenities: Hilton lists two pools, four slides, a gym and restaurant; check the announced winter pool closure.

• Fees and surprises: Daily resort charge, check-in deposit and paid breakfast; self-parking is included, and checkout is 10 a.m.
