Axel's take: 8.6/10

Polished rooms and a calmer arrival, with the main Strip action farther away. a five-star hotel within the Resorts World casino resort on the north Strip, scored for what it is.

Crockfords is a five-star hotel within Resorts World, and we'd pick it for spacious, polished rooms rather than a central Strip address. Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise cleanliness, comfortable beds and generous bathrooms. The private entrance and lobby give it a calmer identity than the surrounding casino resort, while the restaurants, spa and extensive pool deck remain close at hand. A pool reserved for Crockfords guests adds a worthwhile distinction.

The trade-off is geography: reaching the busiest stretches of the Strip means substantial walking or rides. Service feedback is mostly warm, though some guests describe unresolved requests or uneven handling of problems—worth weighing at this level. A mandatory daily resort fee also applies. It's a strong choice for couples planning plenty of resort time; we'd skip it for a first visit built around walking between central-Strip attractions.

• Best for: couples wanting a calmer luxury base; travelers prioritizing room comfort; pool and resort-focused stays

• Watch out for: north-Strip distances; occasional service inconsistencies; mandatory daily resort fee

• Location: North Strip: better for enjoying Resorts World than walking between central-Strip attractions.

• Rooms: Spacious, contemporary rooms; entry-level Superior rooms have double vanities and Nespresso machines.

• Cleanliness: A standout strength across Expedia, Booking.com and Tripadvisor feedback.

• Service: Usually praised as welcoming and helpful, with some lapses in resolving requests.

• Amenities: Private Crockfords pool plus shared resort pools, dining, casino, gym and Awana Spa.

• Fees and surprises: Daily resort fee applies; confirm parking terms directly because published valet information differs.
