#9 of 9 hotels in KLCC by Axel's take. KLCC is #3 of 6 places to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The best hotels in KLCC, ranked · Where to stay in Kuala Lumpur

Axel's take: 6.8/10

Central location and skyline views appeal, but check-in and cleanliness need more consistency. a 3-star apartment-style stay in a shared central Kuala Lumpur high-rise, scored for what it is.

Victory Suites is a 3-star apartment-style stay, not a conventional full-service hotel. We'd consider it for central sightseeing and space: Expedia guests praise roomy accommodation, the skyline-view infinity pool and gym, with Bukit Nanas station nearby. The supplied website markets THE FACE hotels rather than clearly identifying this operator, so don't assume their service standards apply.

The drawback is inconsistent management. Several guests describe confusing arrivals between buildings and reception desks; cleanliness reports range from spotless rooms to stained rugs, ants and cigarette smells. Trip.com also carries February 2026 complaints about service and misleading room descriptions. Confirm the exact unit, check-in desk, pool access and deposit arrangements before arrival. We'd skip it if dependable housekeeping and a smooth welcome matter more than views. Recent property-specific evidence is limited.

  • Best for: independent city sightseers; travelers prioritizing space and skyline views

  • Watch out for: confusing building and check-in instructions; uneven cleanliness and smoke complaints; damage deposit and room-description discrepancies

  • Location: Central Golden Triangle setting, about five minutes' walk from Bukit Nanas station.

  • Rooms: Studios and larger apartments; guests praise space, but verify the booked layout and bedroom count.

  • Cleanliness: Mixed feedback: positive reports coexist with repeated complaints about stains, insects and smoke.

  • Service: Arrival coordination is a recurring weakness; February 2026 feedback also criticizes management.

  • Amenities: Listed pool, children's pool, gym and free parking; confirm pool access, as guests report crowding and restricted use.

  • Fees and surprises: Expedia lists a pre-arrival damage deposit and paid breakfast; housekeeping is on request.
