Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club is an upscale timeshare resort on Poipu Beach, best suited to families wanting apartment-style space rather than luxury-hotel polish. Its two-bedroom villas have full kitchens, laundry and furnished lanais; smaller hotel rooms are also sold, so check your category carefully. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the beachfront setting, cleanliness and friendly staff, though some describe tired furnishings.

Marriott’s October 13, 2026 update says hurricane recovery has left the main and children’s pools unavailable, several buildings without elevators, and dining limited to modified Activity Lanai service.
