7.4/10
A practical Kelowna base with useful amenities, but dated rooms and uneven upkeep.
This older 3-star hotel on Harvey Avenue is a good fit for a practical Kelowna stay, rather than a waterfront holiday. Shopping and restaurants are close, parking is free, and the indoor pool, hot tub and gym give it useful extras for its class. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms; we'd consider it for a short stay with a car.
The main compromise is condition: dated rooms recur across reviews, while several summer 2026 Tripadvisor guests report housekeeping lapses and maintenance requests that went unresolved. Those complaints don't define the broader guest picture, but they temper the recommendation. Traffic and hallway noise can also intrude. We'd skip it if fresh interiors, consistently attentive upkeep or walking straight to downtown and the lake are priorities.

Best for: road-trippers with a car; families wanting an indoor pool; short shopping or business stays
Watch out for: dated rooms and uneven maintenance; traffic and hallway noise; not a downtown waterfront location
Location: Convenient for Orchard Park shopping and nearby dining; less suited to a downtown-focused stay.
Rooms: Comfortable beds earn praise, but tired interiors and occasional maintenance failures recur.
Cleanliness: Generally positive across booking sites, with several recent Tripadvisor reports of housekeeping lapses.
Service: Friendly staff are a consistent strength, though some recent guests describe poor follow-through.
Amenities: Indoor pool, hot tub, gym, free WiFi, conference facilities and Mr. Mikes restaurant.
Fees and surprises: Self-parking is free; pets in designated rooms and EV charging carry extra charges.
