Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.
Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Grand Hyatt Jeju. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 8.7/10
Big rooms and excellent facilities, but expect casino-resort bustle rather than a quiet retreat. a large 5-star city hotel and casino resort, scored for what it is.
Grand Hyatt Jeju is a large 5-star city hotel and casino resort, and a strong pick for travelers who want generous space and plenty under one roof. Standard rooms start at 65 square meters; recent Expedia and Trip.com guests repeatedly praise their views, comfort and cleanliness. Pools, extensive dining and shopping make it particularly practical for families, while the complimentary airport shuttle adds convenience.
The trade-off is atmosphere: this is a busy urban complex, not a secluded beach resort. Staff earn substantial praise, but some recent guests describe uneven problem handling. Smoke odors recur in complaints despite the hotel's nonsmoking policy, and several summer guests report rooms that stayed too warm. Toothbrushes also cost extra. We'd choose it for space and facilities, but skip it for intimate service or a peaceful coastal escape.
-
Best for: families wanting spacious rooms and pools; travelers prioritizing airport convenience; guests who enjoy dining and shopping on-site
-
Watch out for: busy casino-resort atmosphere; some reports of smoke odors and warm rooms; charged toothbrushes
-
Location: Urban Jeju City setting near restaurants and shopping, roughly ten minutes from the airport—not beachfront.
-
Rooms: Exceptionally spacious entry-level rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows; summer cooling draws some complaints.
-
Cleanliness: Strong overall cleanliness ratings across booking sites, with some housekeeping lapses and smoke-odor reports.
-
Service: Friendly, helpful staff receive frequent praise, though complaint follow-through is less consistent.
-
Amenities: Indoor and outdoor pools, gym, spa, numerous restaurants, shopping and a casino.
-
Fees and surprises: Parking and the scheduled airport shuttle are complimentary; toothbrushes cost extra and breakfast depends on the booked package.
