Axel's take: 8.8/10

A strong stadium-side pick with useful kitchens and a few parking headaches. a practical 3-star all-suite hotel beside Lucas Oil Stadium, scored for what it is.

This 3-star all-suite hotel is a strong pick for stadium weekends, family trips and longer stays. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise the clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff and included breakfast. Full kitchens make it more useful than a standard downtown room, while complimentary laundry and Monday–Wednesday evening receptions add practical value. Lucas Oil Stadium is right across the street, and the convention center is within walking distance.

The clearest drawback is parking: it costs extra, the rear lot is small, and overflow means a walk to a nearby garage. Breakfast seating can also get crowded when the hotel is busy. We'd choose it for space and convenience rather than full-service polish; skip it if effortless parking or a quieter, less crowded breakfast matters more than being close to the stadium.

• Best for: Lucas Oil Stadium visitors; families wanting kitchen facilities; longer downtown stays

• Watch out for: Paid parking with limited rear-lot spaces; Overflow parking requires a walk; Crowded breakfast seating at busy times

• Location: Across from Lucas Oil Stadium and within walking distance of the convention center.

• Rooms: Spacious suites with full kitchens; IHG advertises renovated guest rooms without specifying a completion date.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Expedia and recent guest feedback.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff receive repeated praise, though busy periods can bring waits.

• Amenities: Included breakfast, indoor pool, gym, free guest laundry and Monday–Wednesday evening receptions.

• Fees and surprises: Parking costs extra and may involve a nearby garage; pets also incur a fee.
