Hotels in IndianapolisA practical 3-star hotel beside Lucas Oil Stadium
7.3/10
A convenient stadium base with friendly staff, but uneven upkeep and misleading hot-tub listings.
This is a practical 3-star hotel beside Lucas Oil Stadium, and we'd consider it for a game, concert or convention rather than a special getaway. Expedia and Booking.com guests generally rate it good, with staff and location stronger than facilities. Recent guests repeatedly praise comfortable beds, clean rooms and helpful employees. In-room microwaves and refrigerators, an indoor pool, a gym and Champs restaurant cover the useful basics.
The trade-offs are uneven upkeep and extras: recent reviews mention worn bathroom fittings and maintenance misses, while parking costs extra and breakfast depends on your booking. More importantly, several 2026 guests say the advertised hot tub has been removed, despite IHG still promoting a whirlpool. We'd skip it if that amenity matters or if you want consistently polished rooms; otherwise, it's a workable event-focused base.
