Axel's take: 6.6/10
Airport convenience is the draw, but tired interiors make this a compromise. An aging 3-star hotel across from Fresno’s airport, scored for what it is.
This aging 3-star airport hotel makes most sense for a quick overnight before an early flight. The terminal is within walking distance, and recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests regularly praise helpful staff and breakfast. An indoor pool, restaurant and bar give it more facilities than a basic stopover, but we’d choose it for convenience rather than comfort or polish.
The recurring drawback is upkeep: guests across several sites describe stained, worn carpets, uneven cleaning and maintenance problems, alongside others reporting clean, comfortable rooms. October 2026 reviews on Engine still report the hot tub down for maintenance, so don’t book around it. Upper floors require stairs. It’s a workable one-night airport option; we’d skip it for a longer stay or if dependable cleanliness and step-free access are priorities.
-
Best for: travelers catching early flights; short airport stopovers
-
Watch out for: worn carpets and inconsistent cleaning; hot tub repeatedly reported out of service; stairs to upper-floor rooms
-
Location: Across from the airport, with an easy walk to the terminal according to guests.
-
Rooms: Dated interiors; comfort varies, and upper floors are accessible only by stairs.
-
Cleanliness: Many satisfactory stays, but recurring carpet stains and cleaning lapses undermine consistency.
-
Service: Staff receive frequent praise, though handling of maintenance complaints is less consistent.
-
Amenities: Breakfast, indoor pool, gym and dining; recent guests report the hot tub unavailable.
-
Fees and surprises: Expedia lists a damage deposit, paid self-parking and fees for early check-in or late checkout.
