Axel's take: 8.6/10
A strong marina base with welcoming staff, rooftop views and some road noise. A compact 4-star hotel opposite Fethiye’s marina, scored for what it is.
Alesta is a compact 4-star hotel opposite Fethiye’s marina, and a strong pick for exploring town or staying before a sailing trip. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff, harbor views and convenient walk to the old town. Cleanliness is generally well rated, and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is a highlight. We’d favor a sea-view room: the outlook is a big part of the appeal.
The trade-off is a busy waterfront road, with noise reported across review sites. Standard rooms are compact, the rooftop pool is small and seasonal, and the private beach requires a transfer rather than being outside your door. Wi-Fi is another weaker point. We’d skip it for a hushed resort holiday or dependable remote working, but it delivers well as a comfortable town-and-marina base.
