Axel's take: 8.7/10

A strong beachfront choice for service and convenience, though rooms show their age. an established five-star beachfront resort on Bac My An Beach, scored for what it is.

Pullman is an established five-star beachfront resort that gets the important things right: direct sand access, a generous pool, helpful staff and easy access to restaurants outside the gates. Expedia and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise the breakfast and service, while recent Tripadvisor reviews also highlight comfortable rooms and a well-run kids’ club. It’s a strong pick for families and couples wanting resort facilities without being isolated from Da Nang.

The compromise is polish rather than the basics. Some rooms feel dated, and noise complaints recur across sources despite overwhelmingly positive feedback overall. Tripadvisor guests reported construction beside villas and near the padel court in 2026; confirm whether that work has finished before booking. Breakfast is not included in every rate. We’d skip it if contemporary interiors or reliably quiet rooms are essential.

• Best for: families wanting beach and pool time; couples who like restaurants nearby; travelers prioritizing friendly service

• Watch out for: some dated rooms and imperfect soundproofing; 2026 construction reports; completion unconfirmed; breakfast inclusion varies by booking

• Location: Directly on Bac My An Beach, with restaurants within walking distance and city sights a drive away.

• Rooms: Generally comfortable and spacious, but some guests find the interiors dated and soundproofing weak.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall feedback across major sites; isolated housekeeping complaints do not dominate.

• Service: Friendly, attentive staff are a consistent strength, despite occasional check-in delays.

• Amenities: Beachfront pool, kids’ club, spa, gym and racket-sport facilities support a full resort stay.

• Fees and surprises: Check breakfast inclusion; Expedia lists an incidental deposit, and recent construction reports warrant checking directly.
