#7 of 9 hotels in An Thuong & My Khe Beach by Axel's take. An Thuong & My Khe Beach is #1 of 6 places to stay in Da Nang. The best hotels in An Thuong & My Khe Beach, ranked · Where to stay in Da Nang

Axel's take: 8.5/10

A strong beach-area base with welcoming staff, but limited poolside space. a full-service 4-star a short walk from My Khe Beach, scored for what it is.

Cicilia is a full-service 4-star near My Khe Beach, and we'd pick it for convenient beach days rather than resort-style seclusion. Recent Expedia, Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean rooms and generous breakfasts. Restaurants, cafés and everyday essentials are close by, while two pools—including a rooftop pool with coastal views—give it more appeal than a basic city hotel. It's a strong pick for comfort and location for the money.

The trade-offs are space and quiet. Tripadvisor guests mention scarce rooftop loungers and some worn pool tiles, while pool-upkeep feedback elsewhere is mixed. Street noise reaches some rooms, and recent review reporting flags construction opposite the hotel; confirm its status before booking. We'd skip it for a peaceful pool-focused holiday, and choose the room category carefully rather than assume every room has an open sea view.

  • Best for: couples mixing beach days with eating out; travelers seeking full-service comfort for the money; families wanting larger room options

  • Watch out for: street noise and reported construction opposite; limited rooftop loungers and mixed pool upkeep; sea views vary by room category

  • Location: A short walk from My Khe Beach, with restaurants, cafés and shops nearby.

  • Rooms: Generally comfortable; city-view, partial-sea-view and larger family options make category selection important.

  • Cleanliness: Recent feedback is predominantly positive for rooms, with less consistent reports about rooftop-pool upkeep.

  • Service: Friendly, helpful staff are the most consistent strength across recent guest reviews.

  • Amenities: Two pools, rooftop views, buffet breakfast, a gym and spa; lounging space is limited.

  • Fees and surprises: Airport transfers cost extra; child and extra-bed charges depend on age and room capacity.
