Axel's take: 8.0/10

A good-value beach-area base, but confirm the room and breakfast arrangements. a simple 3-star hotel in An Thuong, a short walk from the beach, scored for what it is.

Hanami is a simple 3-star in An Thuong, better suited to an affordable beach break than a resort-style stay. Its strongest draw is the location: My Khe Beach is walkable, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Google and Expedia ratings are broadly positive, while guest reviews often praise helpful staff, comfortable beds and spacious family rooms. We'd shortlist it for travelers who prioritize the neighborhood over extensive facilities.

Choose the room carefully: older guest advice recommends requesting a window or balcony. Recent detailed feedback is limited and uneven, with individual complaints about housekeeping and communication alongside positive reports. A July 2026 Trip.com guest also reported breakfast being served several hundred meters away. Confirm those arrangements before booking; we'd skip it if dependable on-site dining and polished service are priorities.

• Best for: budget-conscious beach visitors; travelers exploring An Thuong; families needing larger rooms

• Watch out for: Confirm a window or balcony; Breakfast may be off-site; Limited, mixed recent detailed feedback

• Location: Walkable to My Khe Beach, with An Thuong restaurants and cafés nearby; not beachfront.

• Rooms: Standard rooms, larger family rooms and apartments are listed; request daylight explicitly.

• Cleanliness: Broadly positive ratings, but an individual 2025 review reported poor housekeeping.

• Service: Friendliness earns frequent praise, though some newer feedback raises communication concerns.

• Amenities: Listings advertise Wi-Fi, a rooftop terrace and café; confirm current dining arrangements.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists free parking, paid breakfast and airport transfers; check what your booking includes.
