We'd consider it for Tigard business trips or Washington Square shopping rather than downtown Portland sightseeing. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise welcoming staff, comfortable beds and roomy accommodations; many also describe clean, refreshed rooms. The indoor pool and gym round out a useful short-stay setup.
The trade-offs are uneven maintenance and housekeeping, plus tight parking that costs extra. Guests reported renovation and roofing noise through August 2026; confirm completion before booking.
