Hotels in Singaporean older mid-range eco resort beside Siloso Beach
6.9/10
Come for the beach and leafy pool, not polished rooms.
Siloso Beach Resort is an older mid-range eco resort whose strongest assets are outside the rooms: beach access, lush grounds and an 85-metre spring-water pool with slides and a waterfall. We'd consider it for a pool-and-beach family break if modern interiors aren't essential. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the setting and helpful individual staff; Booking.com's ratings also put location well ahead of value.
The compromise is inconsistent upkeep. Recent guests across several sites describe dated rooms and small bathrooms, while ants recur in Expedia and Trip.com reports; the hotel's own policy warns against leaving food out. Cleanliness feedback is mixed rather than uniformly poor. An August 2026 Tripadvisor guest also reported construction equipment outside their room; whether that work continues is unconfirmed, so ask before booking. We'd skip it if spotless, freshly finished rooms are central to your holiday.

Best for: families prioritizing pool time; beachgoers comfortable with older rooms; travelers interested in eco initiatives
Watch out for: dated rooms and uneven maintenance; recurring ant reports; construction reported in August 2026; current status unconfirmed
Location: Beside Siloso Beach, with Beach Station and the luge within walking distance.
Rooms: Functional but aging; compact bathrooms and inconsistent air-conditioning draw complaints.
Cleanliness: Mixed feedback: many clean stays, but repeated recent ant reports deserve attention.
Service: Many guests praise helpful staff, though front-desk experiences are not consistently positive.
Amenities: Spring-water pool, slides, hot spa pool, gym and café; free eco tours depend on availability.
Fees and surprises: Security deposit required; breakfast may cost extra, and parking is limited to availability.
