The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is a five-star luxury hotel that earns its place through generous rooms, bay-facing bathrooms and consistently praised service. We'd choose it for a special-occasion stay, particularly in a Marina Bay-view room. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise cleanliness, helpful staff and Colony's breakfast; the Club Lounge also attracts enthusiastic feedback. The outdoor pool, spa and nearby shopping make it a comfortable sightseeing base.
The trade-off is that some interiors feel dated rather than freshly luxurious, a point repeated in guest discussions. NS Square construction currently occupies part of the waterfront nearby, so ask about the outlook and potential disturbance before choosing a room. Breakfast queues can also interrupt the luxury experience at busy times. Crucially, the hotel does not participate in Marriott Bonvoy. We'd skip it if contemporary design or loyalty benefits matter more than space, views and service.
