6.7/10
Useful central location and roomy accommodation, but maintenance and cleanliness are inconsistent.
Dynasty Tourist Inn is an older budget pension house, not a polished three-star hotel. It's a reasonable short-stay option if location and room size matter more than finish: Fuente Osmeña, hospitals and inexpensive food are within walking distance. Recent Agoda guests often praise spacious family rooms, helpful staff and value, while Trip.com feedback includes satisfied budget travelers alongside less comfortable stays.
The trade-off is inconsistent upkeep. Reviews across sites mention tired bathrooms, unreliable air-conditioning, weak room Wi-Fi and occasional dirty towels or rooms, although other recent guests report clean accommodation. Service is often friendly but doesn't always resolve problems promptly. There is no elevator, and toiletries are minimal. We'd skip it for reliable remote working, mobility needs without a confirmed ground-floor room, or anyone unwilling to tolerate maintenance shortcomings.

Useful central location and roomy accommodation, but maintenance and cleanliness are inconsistent. An older, no-frills budget pension house in central Cebu, scored for what it is.

Best for: Budget travelers on short city stays; Families prioritizing room size; Visitors needing the Fuente hospital area
Watch out for: Uneven cleanliness and aging bathroom fittings; Unreliable room Wi-Fi and air-conditioning; Three floors with no elevator
Location: Walkable to Fuente Osmeña, Chong Hua Hospital, shops and inexpensive restaurants.
Rooms: Often spacious, especially family rooms; dated fittings and recurring cooling or plumbing complaints.
Cleanliness: Mixed: recent clean-room praise sits alongside reports of dirty bathrooms, towels and worn linens.
Service: Many guests praise helpful staff, but missed requests and slow problem handling also recur.
Amenities: Air-conditioned rooms, basic TVs, limited free parking and Wi-Fi; no elevator and minimal toiletries.
Fees and surprises: Breakfast may cost extra; confirm inclusions and ground-floor availability rather than relying on listing photos.
