Hello Hotels is a no-frills 2-star near Gara de Nord, and we’d pick it for a practical, good-value Bucharest stopover. Booking.com, Expedia and recent Tripadvisor guests broadly agree on the essentials: clean rooms, helpful staff and excellent access to trains and the metro. Breakfast also earns plenty of praise. This is a straightforward place to sleep and head out, not a hotel to build your trip around.
