#2 of 9 hotels in Neukölln by Axel's take. Neukölln is #11 of 12 places to stay in Berlin. The best hotels in Neukölln, ranked · Where to stay in Berlin

Axel's take: 8.2/10

Roomy, reliable comfort in Neukölln, with better transport links than contemporary polish. a practical 4-star chain hotel in Neukölln, scored for what it is.

This practical 4-star in Neukölln is a strong pick if you want room to spread out and easy U-Bahn access rather than a sightseeing address. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, spacious rooms and comfortable beds; recent Accor reviews reinforce the friendly-service and good-breakfast picture. Boddinstraße station is close, with neighborhood restaurants and Tempelhofer Feld adding appeal. We'd choose it for a comfortable, unfussy Berlin base.

The trade-off is polish: recent guests describe older furnishings and bathrooms, despite the refreshed bar. Street-facing rooms can pick up traffic noise, so light sleepers should request a quieter position. Parking and upgraded internet cost extra. The sauna had a reported technical outage in September 2026; check availability if it matters. We'd skip it for sleek interiors or sightseeing mainly on foot.

  • Best for: travelers visiting Neukölln; city breaks using public transport; guests who prioritize spacious rooms

  • Watch out for: older room and bathroom finishes; traffic noise in street-facing rooms; confirm sauna availability

  • Location: Near Boddinstraße U8 and local dining; expect transit trips to the main sights.

  • Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, but furnishings and bathrooms show their age.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Expedia and recent Accor guest feedback.

  • Service: Generally friendly and helpful, with repeated praise for reception and housekeeping.

  • Amenities: Restaurant, refreshed bar, gym and sauna; a September 2026 guest reported the sauna unavailable.

  • Fees and surprises: Parking, pets and high-speed internet carry extra charges; check whether breakfast is included.
