Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff; the heated pool and communal fire pit give it more personality than a standard roadside stop. Pet-friendly rooms and free parking add practical appeal.

The trade-off is noise: music, gatherings and sound carrying between rooms make this a less convincing choice for light sleepers. The busy-road setting is near downtown rather than in its prettiest, most walkable core, and upstairs rooms require stairs.
