Useful for central Bangalore, but maintenance and renovation uncertainty weaken the appeal. a basic budget hotel in central Gandhinagar, scored for what it is.

Shree Adiga Residency is a basic budget hotel in Gandhinagar, best considered for a short, location-first stay near Majestic’s transport connections. Its restaurant and central position are the clearest attractions, and some guests praise helpful staff and clean rooms. Overall ratings suggest a mixed rather than disastrous hotel, but we would book cautiously: the available feedback is uneven, and much of it is older.

The recurring concerns are worn furniture, musty bathrooms and unreliable room equipment, including air-conditioning and televisions. More importantly, an April 2026 MakeMyTrip guest reported noisy hotel renovations and a booking the reception could not accommodate; completion of that work is unconfirmed. Confirm your reservation and construction status directly, and inspect the room before settling in. We'd skip it for a restful family break or dependable business comfort.

• Best for: short, location-first stays; budget travelers needing Majestic connections

• Watch out for: renovation noise reported in April 2026; uneven room maintenance and bathroom condition; confirm reservation directly before arrival

• Location: Central Gandhinagar, with bus, railway and metro connections nearby.

• Rooms: Basic AC rooms; recurring reports of worn fittings and malfunctioning equipment.

• Cleanliness: Mixed feedback: some clean-room praise, but repeated older complaints about mustiness and bathrooms.

• Service: Helpful staff receive praise, alongside complaints about problem handling and a recent booking mismatch.

• Amenities: Restaurant, Wi-Fi and power backup are listed; elevator information conflicts across sites.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast inclusion, arrival hours and renovation status; booking-site policies differ.
