Axel's take: 8.4/10

A strong budget base for spacious rooms and helpful staff, rather than polished facilities. a small, budget business hotel with suite-style rooms in Ulsoor, scored for what it is.

Trinity Suites is a small, budget business hotel in Ulsoor, and we'd pick it for room space, friendly service and access to central Bengaluru. Tripadvisor and Agoda guests repeatedly praise helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms, including in 2025–2026 reviews. Booking.com feedback also supports the comfortable-room picture. The hotel advertises complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, and guests regularly appreciate the food.

The trade-off is a straightforward hotel rather than a polished, full-service three-star experience. Agoda feedback includes a basic-room assessment and a warning about congested parking; its cleanliness ratings are also less enthusiastic than Tripadvisor's. We'd choose it for a practical city stay, but skip it if extensive leisure facilities or consistently refined rooms matter most.

• Best for: budget-conscious business travelers; families wanting room space; visitors with plans around Ulsoor and MG Road

• Watch out for: basic rather than polished rooms; parking can be congested; cleanliness ratings vary between sites

• Location: Ulsoor base with access to MG Road and Indiranagar; Halasuru metro is within walking distance.

• Rooms: Spaciousness earns repeated praise; expect practical furnishings rather than upscale finishes.

• Cleanliness: Mostly positive guest accounts, though Agoda's aggregate is weaker than Tripadvisor's.

• Service: Helpful, welcoming staff are the most consistent strength across recent reviews.

• Amenities: Restaurant, breakfast, Wi-Fi and meeting facilities are advertised; do not assume resort-style amenities.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is listed as free but can be tight; confirm breakfast inclusion and arrival times for your booking.
