Axel's take: 8.5/10

A strong family pick for kitchen-equipped suites, not modern polish or doorstep Disney access. a family-focused 3-star all-suite hotel near Disneyland, scored for what it is.

Clementine is a family-focused 3-star all-suite hotel whose biggest advantage is space: full kitchens, living areas and larger layouts make longer Disney trips easier. We'd pick it for families who want practical comfort rather than a polished resort. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the roomy suites, helpful staff and substantial breakfast; cleanliness feedback is broadly positive.

The trade-offs are dated interiors, housekeeping that recent guests describe as every third day, and a roughly 10–20-minute walk to Disneyland without a hotel shuttle. There are no elevators, so request a suitable ground-floor suite if stairs are difficult. A mandatory resort fee covers breakfast and parking within stated limits. Earlier 2026 reviews reported construction and pool closures, but September and October guests describe using the pool again. We'd skip it if daily housekeeping or the shortest possible park walk matters most.

• Best for: families needing room to spread out; longer Disneyland stays; travelers who want to cook

• Watch out for: dated interiors and limited housekeeping; stairs only; no elevators; mandatory resort fee

• Location: Across from GardenWalk restaurants; roughly 10–20 minutes on foot to Disneyland, with no hotel shuttle.

• Rooms: Spacious kitchen-equipped suites, including larger loft layouts; decor shows its age.

• Cleanliness: Generally praised across recent reviews, though housekeeping frequency and follow-through draw some complaints.

• Service: Friendly front-desk and breakfast teams are recurring strengths; housekeeping requests receive more mixed feedback.

• Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, children's pool, play areas, sports court and guest laundry.

• Fees and surprises: Mandatory resort fee covers breakfast and parking subject to limits; early arrival, late departure and pets cost extra.
