This five-star beachfront resort makes its strongest case with a long, uncrowded beach, comfortable balcony rooms and genuinely good family programming. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the setting, cleanliness and helpful staff; Salt and the spa are particular strengths. It's a strong pick for travelers who want their beach, dining and activities in one place, rather than a small, intimate hotel.
The luxury experience isn't entirely consistent: recent guests describe slow beach service and occasional check-in friction, while resort fees and mandatory paid valet add to the sense of being charged for extras. More importantly, Coast is closed for renovation October 5–December 18, 2026, and the main pool is being renovated, with reopening expected in January 2027.
