This full-service 3-star near I-40 and Amarillo's medical district is a reasonable overnight stop, rather than a hotel we'd choose for its facilities. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms and friendly staff, while free parking, Tesla charging and proximity to hospitals make it useful for drivers and medical visits. The basics often satisfy; the extras are less dependable.
The concern is recurring disruption: Tripadvisor guests reported elevator failures in December 2025 and June 2026, while Expedia and other guest reviews describe pool closures and unavailable restaurant or bar service.
