#3 of 3 hotels in Airport (Hansol) by Axel's take. Airport (Hansol) is #9 of 9 places to stay in Ahmedabad. The best hotels in Airport (Hansol), ranked · Where to stay in Ahmedabad

Axel's take: 4.9/10

Airport convenience cannot make up for recurring cleanliness and maintenance problems. a basic budget hotel near Ahmedabad airport, scored for what it is.

Hotel Airport Plaza is a basic budget hotel near Ahmedabad airport, but we'd look elsewhere even for a short overnight stop. Airport access is its clearest strength, and some recent ixigo guests praise the convenience and helpful staff. The broader picture is less reassuring: MakeMyTrip and Trip.com guests repeatedly describe dirty bathrooms, tired rooms and broken fittings—problems that fall below even modest budget-hotel expectations.

The concerns continue into 2026, with MakeMyTrip guests reporting stained linen, water problems and rooms that do not match the photos. Several also report no restaurant or breakfast service despite advertised dining facilities, so don't rely on eating here. Service feedback is mixed rather than uniformly bad, but we'd skip it for families, longer stays or anyone needing dependable cleanliness before an early flight.

Best for: travelers prioritizing airport proximity above comfort; brief stopovers after inspecting the room
Watch out for: recurring bathroom and linen cleanliness complaints; worn rooms and unreliable fittings; restaurant and breakfast reportedly unavailable
Location: Near Airport Circle; booking sites place the airport roughly a short drive away.
Rooms: Repeated reports of dated furniture, broken fittings and photos overstating room condition.
Cleanliness: Dirty bathrooms and questionable linen recur across guest-review sites.
Service: Some guests praise helpful staff; others describe poor responses to basic problems.
Amenities: Wi-Fi and parking are listed; recent guests dispute restaurant and breakfast availability.
Fees and surprises: Some guests report additional charges after prepayment; confirm inclusions and cancellation terms.
