Axel's take: 8.4/10

Roomy suites and helpful staff make this a strong airport base. a practical 3-star all-suite airport hotel, scored for what it is.

This practical 3-star all-suite hotel is a strong pick for families, work trips and nights near Sky Harbor. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff, with recent reviews largely positive about cleanliness. Kitchenettes with full-size refrigerators make longer stays easier, while included breakfast and parking add useful value. There's an outdoor pool and gym, too.

The main caution is airport transport: Hilton currently lists no shuttle, while Expedia still advertises one and a July 2026 guest describes hotel-arranged complimentary Uber rides instead. Confirm arrangements directly before relying on a transfer. Breakfast attracts mixed verdicts, and some guests report worn carpets or housekeeping misses, though these don't dominate the feedback. We'd skip it for a walkable sightseeing stay; this is an airport-and-highway base rather than a destination hotel.

• Best for: families needing extra space; airport overnight stays; longer work trips

• Watch out for: conflicting airport-transfer information; car-oriented location; occasional housekeeping and carpet complaints

• Location: Near I-10 and roughly three miles from Sky Harbor; some restaurants are walkable, but sightseeing needs transport.

• Rooms: Spacious suites with kitchenettes, full-size refrigerators and microwaves; comfort earns consistent praise.

• Cleanliness: Generally well reviewed, with scattered reports of stained carpets and missed cleaning.

• Service: Helpful, accommodating staff are a recurring strength across Tripadvisor and Expedia.

• Amenities: Free hot breakfast, outdoor pool, gym, WiFi, laundry facilities and on-site EV charging.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is complimentary; pets incur nonrefundable fees. Confirm airport transfers because official and booking-site information conflicts.
