Axel's take: 8.8/10

A strong stadium base with useful kitchens and service that stands out. a practical 3-star all-suite hotel near Allegiant Stadium, scored for what it is.

This is a practical 3-star all-suite hotel, not a Vegas resort, and it's a strong pick for stadium trips or longer stays. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, helpful staff and the breakfast team's attentiveness. Proper in-room kitchens, included hot breakfast and an outdoor pool make it an especially useful base for families and travelers who prefer some independence.

The compromise is location: you're off the Strip, so evening entertainment takes more planning than stepping downstairs into a casino. Parking costs extra. Although guests mention a Strip shuttle, confirm its current route and hours rather than relying on older reports; Marriott explicitly says there is no airport shuttle. We'd skip it for a resort-style getaway, but choose it confidently for a comfortable, practical stay near Allegiant Stadium.

• Best for: Allegiant Stadium eventgoers; Families who want a kitchen; Longer-stay business travelers

• Watch out for: Off-Strip location; Paid on-site parking; Confirm Strip shuttle arrangements

• Location: Walkable to Allegiant Stadium; less convenient for spontaneous Strip nightlife.

• Rooms: Practical suites with full kitchens; recent guests appreciate the space and equipment.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across recent guest feedback, including strong Expedia cleanliness ratings.

• Service: Friendly, attentive staff are a recurring highlight, especially at breakfast.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, fitness center and guest laundry.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and pets incur fees; Marriott confirms no airport shuttle.
