Seaview is a basic 3-star beachfront hotel whose strongest feature is its position between Front Street and Great Bay’s boardwalk. We'd consider it for a short, budget-minded beach break or pre-cruise stay: shops and restaurants are close, and the ocean-facing pool adds genuine appeal. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the friendly staff, convenient setting and clean rooms.

The accommodation is less convincing than the location. Reviews describe dated rooms and worn common areas, while noise from corridors and beachfront events can interrupt sleep.
