Hotels in Delhia basic 3-star budget hotel in Daryaganj
4.8/10
Old Delhi convenience does not outweigh recurring cleanliness and maintenance problems.
Hotel Arina Inn is a basic 3-star budget hotel in Daryaganj whose strongest argument is location: Delhi Gate metro, Jama Masjid and Old Delhi’s markets are nearby. It advertises air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi and round-the-clock reception, but we’d choose it only if this particular location matters more than dependable comfort. Booking.com and Expedia’s poor overall ratings reinforce that caution.
Recent MakeMyTrip guests repeatedly describe dirty bedding, unpleasant smells and uncomfortable mattresses; January 2026 feedback on Planet of Hotels also flags room odor and failed hot water. Some guests praise helpful staff, but service is inconsistent. Expect steep entrance stairs, with conflicting reports about lift access. The hotel’s own rules exclude unmarried couples and guests with local IDs. We’d skip it for a longer stay or anyone needing reliable cleanliness and easy access.

Old Delhi convenience does not outweigh recurring cleanliness and maintenance problems. a basic 3-star budget hotel in Daryaganj, scored for what it is.
Best for: short, location-first stays; travelers with errands in Daryaganj
Watch out for: recurring dirty bedding and room odors; steep entrance stairs; verify lift access; unmarried couples and local IDs not accepted
Location: Useful for Old Delhi sightseeing; the official site places Delhi Gate metro about 450 metres away.
Rooms: Basic air-conditioned rooms; recent guests report uncomfortable beds, dampness and occasional hot-water failures.
Cleanliness: Dirty linen and persistent odors recur in 2025–2026 feedback, rather than appearing as isolated complaints.
Service: Some staff earn praise, but unanswered room-service calls and unhelpful responses also recur.
Amenities: Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception are advertised; recent guests say breakfast is brought from outside.
Fees and surprises: Airport transfers cost extra; confirm the full bill, guest eligibility and stair access before booking.
