Axel's take: 8.1/10

Good family space and friendly service, but renovations warrant a check before booking. a full-service 4-star with spacious suites near Anaheim Convention Center, scored for what it is.

This full-service 4-star is a strong pick for families and convention visitors who prioritize space over polish. Suites offer separate living and sleeping areas, and recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms and helpful staff. Tripadvisor feedback also highlights warm service. The heated rooftop pool and whirlpool add useful downtime between park visits, though Disneyland is roughly a 20–25-minute walk rather than just outside the door.

The main caveat is the ongoing guest-room renovation: confirm the work schedule and room condition before booking. Guests across several sites describe dated furnishings and bathrooms, so don't assume everything has been refreshed. Parking and buffet breakfast generally cost extra unless included in your booking. We'd skip it for a shortest-possible Disney walk or a reliably polished, disruption-free stay.

• Best for: families wanting separate living space; Anaheim convention visitors; Disney visitors comfortable with a longer walk

• Watch out for: ongoing guest-room renovations; dated rooms awaiting updates; parking and breakfast usually extra

• Location: A block from the convention center; allow roughly 20–25 minutes to walk to Disneyland.

• Rooms: Spacious suites are the draw; standard rooms also exist, and dated furnishings remain a recurring complaint.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall feedback, particularly on Expedia, outweighs scattered housekeeping complaints.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff earn repeated praise, although problem handling is not uniformly strong.

• Amenities: Heated rooftop pool, whirlpool, gym, restaurant and free Wi-Fi; check dining hours.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and buffet breakfast generally carry charges; confirm renovation disruption and any package inclusions.
