#9 of 9 hotels in Chopin Airport (Okęcie) by Axel's take. Chopin Airport (Okęcie) is #8 of 8 places to stay in Warsaw. The best hotels in Chopin Airport (Okęcie), ranked · Where to stay in Warsaw

Axel's take: 8.3/10

A strong airport stopover, provided you choose your room carefully. a modern, compact 3-star near Warsaw Chopin Airport, scored for what it is.

Sound Garden is a modern 3-star near Chopin Airport that makes most sense for an overnight stop or short business trip. We'd pick it for clean rooms, convenient airport connections and a breakfast that repeatedly earns praise. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests generally back up its strong overall ratings, with helpful staff another frequent positive. Buses outside make central Warsaw accessible, though this isn't a walk-out-and-sightsee location.

Room choice is the catch. The hotel's standard rooms measure just 14 square metres, with a 140-centimetre bed and transparent bathroom walls: practical for one, less comfortable for two wanting privacy. Some 2025–2026 reviews also report temperamental air-conditioning and lift queues. We'd choose a larger Deluxe for more breathing room, and stay centrally instead for a sightseeing-focused break. There's no gym or pool.

  • Best for: solo airport stopovers; short business trips; travelers comfortable using public transport

  • Watch out for: tiny standard rooms and transparent bathroom walls; some reports of air-conditioning problems and lift queues; transport needed for central sightseeing

  • Location: Near Chopin Airport, with buses outside and a nearby railway station; not a central sightseeing base.

  • Rooms: Standards are 14 square metres with a 140-centimetre bed; Deluxe rooms offer 18 square metres.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across recent Tripadvisor and Expedia feedback, supported by strong cleanliness ratings.

  • Service: Generally helpful and welcoming, although a minority report poor reception interactions.

  • Amenities: Restaurant, bar, buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi and underground parking; no gym or swimming pool.

  • Fees and surprises: Breakfast inclusion depends on the booking; garage parking is charged on weekdays, with a free weekend window.
