Strong comfort and wellness facilities, but nearby construction warrants a quieter-room request. a modern 5-star business hotel in central Warsaw, scored for what it is.

This modern 5-star in Warsaw’s business district is a strong pick for comfortable rooms, substantial breakfasts and useful wellness facilities. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests broadly agree on the essentials: clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. The indoor pool, hot tub and well-equipped gym make it particularly appealing if you’ll use more than the bedroom. We’d choose it for business trips or a comfortable city break rather than distinctive Old Town atmosphere.

The main current caveat is nearby construction: June 2026 guests flagged access disruption, and a September Tripadvisor reviewer reported intrusive noise from a site opposite the entrance. Ask about ongoing work and request a room away from it. Old Town also requires a longer walk or transport, rather than being on your doorstep. Parking and breakfast, unless included, cost extra. Light sleepers should confirm the construction situation before committing.

• Best for: business travelers; city breaks with pool and gym time; travelers prioritizing room comfort

• Watch out for: nearby construction reported through September 2026; not an Old Town doorstep location; parking and breakfast can add extra costs

• Location: Central business-district setting near restaurants and transit; Old Town is a longer walk.

• Rooms: Generally spacious and comfortable, with especially strong praise for beds.

• Cleanliness: Strong across booking sites, despite occasional housekeeping lapses on Tripadvisor.

• Service: Recent reviews broadly praise helpful, welcoming staff.

• Amenities: Indoor pool, hot tub, saunas and a well-equipped gym; breakfast is a recurring strength.

• Fees and surprises: Paid parking, optional breakfast and pet charges; check nearby construction before arrival.
