A strong self-catering choice in Mokotów, with more space than hotel service. a mid-range apartment hotel in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, scored for what it is.

Platinum Residence Mokotów is a mid-range apartment hotel, not a conventional full-service stay. It’s a strong pick for working in Mokotów or settling in for several nights: the official site lists generously sized studios and one-bedroom apartments, while guests repeatedly praise the kitchens, washing machines and comfortable interiors. Booking.com and Expedia feedback is overwhelmingly positive about cleanliness and helpful staff. We’d choose it for practical comfort and good value rather than sightseeing on the doorstep.

The trade-off is apartment-style service. Reception closes at 9pm, late arrivals need advance arrangements, and daily housekeeping is not standard. Recent Expedia guests also describe confusing building access and scarce street parking; the garage costs extra. Central Warsaw requires a journey. Skip it if you want round-the-clock reception, daily room servicing or an Old Town base.

• Best for: business travelers working in Mokotów; longer self-catering stays; travelers wanting extra space

• Watch out for: limited reception hours and arranged late check-in; housekeeping costs extra; paid garage and confusing building access

• Location: Handy for Mokotów offices, nearby shops and Chopin Airport; less convenient for Old Town sightseeing.

• Rooms: Studios start at 35 square meters; kitchens and washing machines make longer stays practical.

• Cleanliness: Strong praise on Booking.com and Expedia outweighs scattered negative reports on smaller review samples.

• Service: Staff are usually praised, but reception operates 9am–9pm and check-in can be slow.

• Amenities: Self-catering kitchens, laundry appliances, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are the main strengths.

• Fees and surprises: Expect a security deposit; parking, requested housekeeping and late check-in carry additional charges.
