Axel's take: 8.8/10

A strong central luxury pick, with skyline views and a pool worth planning around. a five-star business hotel in central Warsaw, scored for what it is.

This five-star business hotel is a strong pick for travelers who want spacious rooms, city views and easy access to Warsaw Central station. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness and comfort, while Tripadvisor reviewers frequently single out the Club Lounge team. The 43rd-floor pool is the standout amenity, and breakfast earns plenty of praise. We'd choose it for a comfortable city break or business stay rather than intimate boutique character.

The luxury experience isn't entirely consistent: some recent Tripadvisor guests describe dated room interiors or uneven reception service, despite the overwhelmingly positive overall ratings. Pool access also needs planning: the hotel operates reservations and includes the first hour, with extended-access options available. Parking costs extra. We'd skip it if unrestricted swimming or uniformly contemporary rooms are essential.

• Best for: business travelers; city breaks with skyline views; rail travelers wanting upscale comfort

• Watch out for: pool reservations and limited included time; some rooms still feel dated; occasionally uneven reception service

• Location: Convenient for Warsaw Central station, Złote Tarasy and the Palace of Culture; not an Old Town setting.

• Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, often with impressive views; some recent guests find the interiors dated.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor feedback.

• Service: Generally professional and helpful, especially in the Club Lounge, but reception feedback is less consistent.

• Amenities: High-floor indoor pool, gym, sauna and hot tub; breakfast receives frequent praise.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and pets carry charges; pool reservations apply, with the first hour included and extended-access options available.
