Axel's take: 8.5/10

A dependable central base with good breakfast, but busy mornings and imperfect temperature control. a practical 3-star high-rise near Warsaw Central Station, scored for what it is.

This 3-star high-rise is a strong pick for a straightforward Warsaw stay, especially if you're arriving by train. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise the clean rooms, helpful staff and convenient location, while the included breakfast earns plenty of approval for its variety. We'd choose it for practical comfort and good value rather than character or full-service extras.

The trade-offs are compact rooms, crowded breakfasts and peak-time lift waits. Several 2026 guests across sites also describe stuffy rooms or temperature controls that do little. Exterior painting and scaffolding affected views in May–June 2026; completion wasn't confirmed in the sources checked, so ask before booking a view room. We'd skip it if precise room-temperature control or a leisurely, quiet breakfast matters most.

• Best for: travelers arriving by train; short business trips; value-minded city breaks

• Watch out for: limited room-temperature control; breakfast crowds and lift waits; check exterior-work status before booking a view

• Location: A short walk from Warsaw Central Station, with restaurants and public transport nearby.

• Rooms: Practical, often compact rooms; management reports recent renovations, but temperature complaints persist.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across sources, with occasional housekeeping and replenishment lapses.

• Service: Generally friendly and helpful; some guests report uneven follow-through.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness center and a 24-hour snack shop; no airport shuttle.

• Fees and surprises: Parking costs extra and cannot be reserved; pets incur a fee. Exterior-work completion remains unconfirmed.
