It’s a strong pick for travelers who want downtown convenience and attentive service rather than a sprawling hotel. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests consistently praise the cleanliness, comfortable beds and genuinely helpful staff. The included cooked-to-order breakfast for up to two guests makes it particularly appealing for couples, with shopping, SkyTrain stations and the waterfront within easy reach.

The main compromises are space and city noise. Entry-level queen rooms can feel compact, and some guests hear nighttime street noise; management recommends requesting a room facing away from the street. Parking costs extra.
