Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Comfort Hotel Takamatsu. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 8.8/10

A dependable city base with strong cleanliness and included breakfast, but far from the port. a modern, no-frills 3-star business hotel near Takamatsu’s shopping arcades, scored for what it is.

Comfort Hotel Takamatsu is a modern, no-frills 3-star business hotel that gets the essentials right. We'd pick it for a good-value city stay: Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise cleanliness and helpful staff, while recent Trip.com reviews reinforce the positive picture. Shopping arcades and restaurants are close, and the airport-bus stop is particularly handy. Included breakfast and a library lounge with complimentary drinks add useful extras rather than luxury.

The main compromise is distance from JR Takamatsu Station and the ferry port; allow roughly 25–30 minutes on foot or use transport. Room choice also matters: standard doubles are compact at 15 square meters, while twins offer considerably more space. Breakfast generally satisfies, though some guests find the selection limited. Parking is paid and spaces are scarce. We'd skip it for early-ferry convenience or a roomier double.

  • Best for: value-minded city explorers; travelers arriving by airport bus; couples booking twin rooms

  • Watch out for: a substantial walk to JR station and ferries; compact standard doubles; limited paid parking

  • Location: Close to shopping arcades; about eight minutes from Kawaramachi Station and one minute from the airport-bus stop.

  • Rooms: Modern, nonsmoking rooms; standard doubles are 15 square meters, twins 22–23 square meters.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Expedia and recent Trip.com feedback.

  • Service: Guests repeatedly praise welcoming, helpful staff; self-service check-in has staff assistance available.

  • Amenities: Included buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi, guest laundry and a library lounge with complimentary coffee and tea.

  • Fees and surprises: Parking costs extra and availability is limited; standard checkout is 10 a.m.
