No9 Springfield is a simple 3-star heritage boutique hotel in Potts Point, strongest as a base for exploring rather than somewhere to linger. Kings Cross station, cafés and restaurants are close, and Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise the helpful staff. Comfortable beds and the downstairs café add appeal. We'd consider it for a short, budget-conscious city stay, preferably in a confirmed renovated room.

The hotel says restoration is continuing room by room, and recent guests report building noise, sometimes starting early.
