Marion Motor Lodge is a simple 2-star bayfront motel whose biggest advantage is stepping straight into historic St. Augustine. It’s a strong pick for travelers who want to park once and explore on foot. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise the location and helpful staff, while recent reviews generally describe clean, comfortable rooms. Bay-view rooms and the shared rooftop terrace add appeal without changing its no-frills character.

The trade-offs are older-motel inconsistencies: some guests report worn fittings, uneven housekeeping or noisy air-conditioning, although these do not dominate the feedback.
