The Heathman is an upscale 4-star boutique hotel whose strongest luxury is having downtown Kirkland on your doorstep. We'd pick it for a relaxed Eastside weekend: restaurants, shops, and Lake Washington are an easy walk away. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests consistently praise clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and genuinely helpful staff. Hearth restaurant and its patio make staying in appealing, too.

The trade-offs are mostly practical. Valet parking costs extra, housekeeping must be requested, and several guests report intrusive heating or air-conditioning noise. Light sleepers should ask about room placement rather than assume boutique means silent. I-405/Northeast 85th Street interchange construction also complicates driving into Kirkland.
