Sun Valley is a historic upscale 4-star resort, not one interchangeable hotel: the grander Lodge, quieter Inn and rental accommodations deliver different stays. We'd choose it for a mountain holiday with plenty beyond skiing. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise comfortable rooms, well-kept grounds, pools and helpful staff; cleanliness is a particular strength. Village restaurants and shops, plus complimentary airport and Ketchum transportation, make the resort convenient without constant driving.
