Axel's take: 7.7/10

A useful Piantini apartment base, better for independence than a traditional hotel stay. an upscale apartment hotel in Piantini, scored for what it is.

Regatta Living is an upscale apartment hotel in Piantini, and it's a good pick if you want kitchen facilities and a convenient base for business, restaurants and shopping. Booking.com guests particularly praise the location, cleanliness and apartment space; Expedia feedback also includes praise for modern interiors. The rooftop pool, gym and restaurant add useful hotel-style comforts without giving up the practicality of an apartment.

The catch is expectations: we'd choose it for independent city stays rather than polished, full-service hospitality. Guest ratings are positive overall, but the review pool is small and recent evidence is limited. One April 2025 Expedia guest reported shower leaks and intermittent hot water—not enough to establish a pattern, but worth checking before arrival. Skip it if you specifically want a conventional hotel experience.

• Best for: business travelers working in Piantini; longer stays with kitchen facilities; independent travelers near restaurants and shopping

• Watch out for: apartment-style stay rather than a conventional hotel; limited recent guest feedback; isolated report of shower and hot-water problems

• Location: Piantini base near Blue Mall, Acropolis Center, restaurants and business addresses.

• Rooms: Kitchen-equipped apartments; guests praise space and modern interiors, though layouts vary.

• Cleanliness: Strong Booking.com cleanliness feedback; Expedia is positive overall but not unanimous.

• Service: The operator advertises 24-hour bilingual concierge assistance; guest feedback is less consistently strong than for location.

• Amenities: The operator lists a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, bar and business center; parking is included.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast inclusion and incidental-deposit terms; the supplied Wyndham website belongs to a different hotel.
