Axel's take: 8.5/10

A dependable Las Condes base, strongest on staff, breakfast and metro access. a practical 4-star business hotel in Las Condes, scored for what it is.

This 4-star business hotel is a strong pick for a comfortable, practical Santiago stay rather than a luxury escape. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise the helpful staff, comfortable beds and generous breakfast. Its Las Condes location puts Manquehue metro, Parque Araucano and shopping within easy reach, while cleanliness earns particularly strong overall ratings.

The trade-offs are a quieter business-district setting rather than historic-center atmosphere, and rooms that some guests find basic or ready for attention. The hotel's own guide describes the rooftop pool as ambient-temperature or only mildly warmed, so don't expect a reliably warm swim. Booking.com lists a pool closure October 19–20, 2026, plus further scheduled closures; confirm your dates. We'd choose it for business or a well-connected shopping base, but skip it for nightlife on the doorstep.

• Best for: business travelers in Las Condes; couples prioritizing comfort and breakfast; shopping and metro-based sightseeing

• Watch out for: scheduled rooftop pool closures; pool water may feel cool; quiet setting away from the historic center

• Location: Near Manquehue metro, Parque Araucano and malls; less convenient for downtown nightlife.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds and good overall comfort ratings; some guests find the decor basic or worn.

• Cleanliness: Strong ratings across Booking.com and Expedia outweigh scattered housekeeping complaints.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a repeated strength, including assistance with early arrivals.

• Amenities: Breakfast, restaurants, gym and rooftop pool; pool closures and modest water temperatures need checking.

• Fees and surprises: Free self-parking is listed; airport transfers and pets cost extra. Confirm VAT-exemption requirements before payment.
