An excellent divers’ resort, with waterfront bungalows and service that earns repeat visits. A comfortable, dive-focused bungalow resort in Sandy Bay, not a conventional luxury hotel, scored for what it is.

Anthony’s Key is a comfortable bungalow resort built around diving, rather than a conventional luxury beach hotel. It’s a strong pick for travelers who want reef time without logistical headaches: Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the organized dive operation, friendly staff and clean accommodations. Waterfront bungalows are the draw; choose Deluxe or Premium for a private deck, since Key Superior decks are shared. Recent guests also give the food plenty of praise.

The trade-off is a stay shaped by dive schedules, with limited dining variety and less appeal for beach-first vacationers. Island rooms require short water-taxi crossings, and the hotel deliberately leaves televisions out. Bring insect repellent, and check your exact package: meals and transfers depend on the booking, while diving is an add-on. We’d skip it for nightlife or a classic sandy-beach holiday.
