Quality Hotel 33 is a mid-range conference hotel in a converted industrial building at Økern, better suited to a practical work trip than a walk-everywhere Oslo break. We'd consider it for business nearby or a sightseeing stay if you're comfortable using public transport. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise breakfast and helpful staff, while cleanliness and bed comfort are generally positives. The top-floor restaurant adds views and somewhere to eat without heading downtown.
